I made this recolored nebula for my own Oblivion setup. I like the result very much, so I decided to share it. :)
This mod is a simple retexture - no .esp is needed.
NOTE: There are two options in the archive. If you have Natural Environments installed, use the special version for this mod - default version won't work with it.
INSTALLATION:
Unpack the archive, open "Colorful Nebula" folder and choose one subfolder: "Default" or "For Natural Environments". Drop Textures folder found in this subfolder to your Oblivion/Data. Merge folders and overwrite files if needed.
Use Archive Invalidation function of OBMM.
