Basically what the title says. It changes the "office" in Benirus Manor to a bedroom.

I wanted a second bedroom in Benirus Manor for my roleplaying. I love the house and being in the port town, but from every Benirus Manor mod I looked through, none of them changed the second room upstairs. So, I did it myself.
It doesn't conflict with the quest to get the manor, checked that myself. It should be companion friendly, I don't really use companions myself, if it isn't then i apologize and maybe someone can fix that. Anyone is free to take the mod and do with it as they will, just please give credit to me if you do.
I'm not sure if it conflicts with other Benirus Manor mods, but it might so please be careful. I made this for myself really but I thought maybe someone else would like a second bedroom and decided to upload it. It only requires Oblivion, none of the DLC's.
