Brief history
=============
Pinewood was made for the ORE (Oblivion Real Estate) chalenge in 2009. It was hosted only on this site. The site went down, and I had a request for uploading the mod at Nexus. There was people that really like this mod, so I decied to
publish it again. This is a new version (more in change log), changes are mostly all in the decoration.

Description
===========
It consists of a house for living and farm facility. The house is free and the key is found in the pot left of the entrance door.

The house is fully furnished with a living room, kitchen, bedroom, bath and cellar in the basement. In the courtyard you can find sheeps,
chickens and a dog. In the stable are two riddable horses. There is also a vineyard, vegetable garden for
an aboundaunt harvest.
During the night the windows are darkened so you have the feeling that the real night is fell.
The place is fully pathed for Companion mod.

Location
========
Near the end of the Blackroad from Chorrol to the west.

Details
=======
The crate at the entrance ( Supplies Crate) RESPAWN with new added items, also the egg basket in the courtyard. All other containers are safe to keep things.

The horses are riddable. This is my first attempt in AI and is no perfect.
They come with you and go home with you. Sometimes they missed, you can find in the last
place where you have been. If you have Shadowmere, she returned to Fort Farragut.

Install
=======
1. Extract the files to a temporary location.
2. Examine the folder structure and make corrections where necessary.
3. Copy files to (install folder)\Oblivion\Data
4. Start Oblivion Launcher, click 'Data Files', place a checkmark beside the Pinewood.esp file.

Uninstall
=========
1. Start Oblivion Launcher, click Data Files, uncheck the Pinewood.esp file.
2. Delete the files/folders associated with the mod.


Unique folders to Pinewood mod:

Oblivion\Data\Meshes\MV
Oblivion\Data\Textures\MV

Files which are in other folders are shared with others mod.

Before unistalling remove all your goodies stored in the area in another cell if you don't want to loose them.
There is no effect on saved games and cannot corrupt any saves.


Incompatibility and Known Issues or Bugs
========================================

With any mod that ocuppied this area, curently with Tonas Mods Store. I try to fix the issues, but there are a huge lands overlaps that includes a lot of work and probably includes starting from scratch and I'm not ready for that.

The mod don't use COBL features.

In the CS when you load the courtyard cell you get a error message about the chicken animation.
It's something about a chicken skeleton (it use a clanfear skeleton, basicaly it's a clanfear without head).
Click on "Yes to all". It doesn't affect the game.

The load door on the balcony is a little hard to pick due to the collision of the house itself.

This mod is cleaned in Details list and also with TESedit.
