Description

This is a small plugin to give the Great Oak of Chorrol its own non-vanilla model, making it taller and unique. You can choose between classic, mossy, and lichenous bark variations, as well as dark or bright green leaves.
 
I made this mod because the tropical flora replacer I'm using replaced the Great Oak with a spindly thing that looks nothing like an oak, causing the constant references to a huge oak in the center of the city to be immersion-breaking. Although this model is supposed to be an ancient elm tree, I think it looks close enough to an oak to avoid inconsistency. It also has the benefit over the vanilla tree of being impressive enough to live up to its status as the centerpiece of a city.

 
Installation
 
Manual:
Choose one bark style and install the contents of the according folder. You can easily change the bark at any time by copying a different folder and overwriting the .esp.
 
Wrye Bash:
The plugin is mergable in Wrye Bash, so it doesn't have to count toward your mod limit. Just select the option you want and install. If you change the bark style with it merged into your bashed patch, you need to rebuild the bashed patch for the change to show up. If you want brighter leaves, also enable that option to overwrite the default darker leaves.
 
Place it lower in your load order than anything that changes tree models. There should be no compatibility problems as this only edits the appearance of one tree.
