About this mod

Come back at will in the unique and random Oblivion planes after the main quest. Choose your destination and your sigil stone among an expanded and improved selection. Explore a parallel network of Oblivion caves optionally with a random teleportation with guaranteed enemies where you can choose your next destination.

What's new in this update?
When you exit a cavern you always come back to the plane you come from.
When you activate a gate to a certain section of the caves after the first time you come back to the cavern you left.
The connections reset everytime you enter an Oblivion plane.


To enjoy this new version you will have to trigger the portal in Dagon's shrine.
Alternatively you can use the following console code:
player.setstage OblivionAddictionUpdate 10

Do you think the game would be better if you could choose your sigil stone and enjoy a slightly expanded selection by the way with more relevant effects like the damage and spell reflection?

If you completed the main quest you'll receive a quest pop-up inviting you to Dagon's shrine in the Lake Arrius caverns.

Come there to access the Oblivion portals chambers where you can come back at will in the random and the unique planes of Oblivion, each plane having a dedicated and associated portal.

When a random plane features random caverns you can now alternatively select your destination and explore my custom-made replicas where you can encounter dremoras more frequently and where the enemies don't randomly spawn. If you want more action, less random and to choose your destination with the guarantee to explore 3 caverns in a row, you will like.

Once you reach the sigillum sanguinis activate the claw lever in front of the fire column to reach the sigil stones chamber. There you can choose your sigil stone and also enjoy an improved and slightly expanded selection without the useless or nearly irrelevant effects you find in some vanilla stones (like the skill fortifications or the waterwalking for example). You can notably enchant your equipment with a damage reflection or spell reflection. Each enchantment you apply on a weapon always offers 255 uses.


Setup: Copy and paste in your Oblivion\Data folder, activate using Oblivion launcher or (even better) any mod manager like Oblivion/TES mod manager or Wrye bash for example.

Use a program like BOSS or LOOT to sort your load order.


Conflicts and incompatibilities:
Any mod that requires
-Menien Goneld to stay alive after the battle of Bruma
-the daedric siege crawler to remain in Bruma's great gate
-Farwil and Bremman to stay alive if you didn't visit Cheydinhal's gate

will conflict with this one.
