Introduction
This mod gives players a large home in Chorrol (with a basement) to call their own.
The Furnished version is essentially a copy of Francois Motierre’s house with all the clutter removed, containers replaced with non-respawning versions, exterior pathing tweaks, and other appropriate changes.
The Unfurnished version is the same house with ALL furniture and lighting removed, with some light coming through the windows, and is intended to be used with the Imperial Furniture mod and/or other mods that allow players to place furniture/lights/mannequins/etc. Note that this version of the house is rather gloomy as-is. The basement is almost pitch black. Vampires and necromancers should love it.

Installation
Unzip into your oblivion/data folder. Decide whether you want a mostly furnished house or a completely empty house, and activate the appropriate file. Do not activate both.

Use
Play the game normally. You can find the house behind the Chorrol Mage’s Guild. Ready to move in, no purchase necessary.

I didn’t care for the player home that’s available for players to buy in Chorrol, so I made this.
