Changes experience gain in all skills in Oblivion.

Permissions and credits
Changes in Better Oblivion Skills; first number is default value, the second is changed value. This mod also changes Expert skill level
from 75 to 70 and Master from 100 to 90 for more reasonable time needed to get skill to Expert and Master levels and for Master skill
perks to be more beneficial to use because you can still gain skill experience points for using the latest perk.
Second change is a chance for NPCs to drop their weapon upon death. This chance is now 0 so you can take their weapon from their inventory
like in Skyrim which was quite an improvement.
Third change is encumbrance multiplier for Strength set form 5 to 50 for better item management.
Being over-encumbered all the time was a big gameplay kill for me so this change seems like a relief. It made no sense anyway not to see all
those items on my character and suddenly to see that he/she cannot move because too many ingredients were harvested was just annoying.
And last change is maximum armor rating set from 85 to 90. Armor rating in Oblivion is way easier to understand (the number being damage
reduction percentage) in comparison to Morrowind (Although armor rating system there is more appropriate) but lacks common sense as well:
having full steel armor and still a rat or mudcrab is able to do damage is just ridicolous. That nubmer should show you that you are immune
up to e.g. 16 points of physical damage like in Witcher 2. All physical damage above that number should be applied.
If you dislike some of these changes just disable them in TES Construction Set by Open -> (select my mod - Updated Oblivion - Skills.esp) -> click Details ->
-> select desired variable to disable -> press Delete -> choose Yes

Acrobatics:       Jump (0.3 -> 0.5)
                           Fall (3.0 -> 5.0)
Alchemy:           Potion creation (5.0 -> 2.5)
  Ingredient use (0.5 -> 1.0)
Alteration: Hit Target (4.0 -> 6.0)
Armorer:    Repair (one swing) (1.5 -> 1.25)
Athletics:   Second of running (0.03 -> 0.05)
   Second of swimming (0.04 -> 0.25)
Blade:Hit target (0.5 -> 0.6)
Block:Hit while blocking (1.25 -> 1.6)
Blunt: Hit target (0.5 -> 0.7)
Conjuration:      Hit Target (6.0 -> 6.5)
Destruction:      Hit Target (1.2 -> 1.5)
Hand-to-hand:  Hit target (0.6 -> 0.8)
Heavy Armor:   Hit on armor piece (1.25 -> 1.5)
Illusion:     Hit Target (3.0 -> 5.5)
Light Armor:     Hit on armor piece (1.5 -> 1.8)
Marksman:       Hit target (0.8 -> 1.1)
Mercantile:       Barter (0.4 -> 0.9)
Mysticism:       Hit Target (3.0 -> 4.5)
Restoration:     Hit Target (0.6 -> 1.0)
Security:   Pick lock (1.5 -> 3.0)
Sneak:      Avoid notice (0.75 -> 1.0)
  Pick-pocket (2.0 -> 3.0)
Speechcraft:    Persuasion (2.4 -> 4.8)

All changes are made for balancing purposes. List of all changes is included with mod.
