HIGHLY RECOMMENDED:
I cannot get voice acting to work with my version of the Construction Kit. Without mp3 files to determine the length the subtitles stay up, they flash by too quickly to read. With Elys’s mod, the subtitles for my quest and all unvoiced dialogue will stay up for 8 seconds. Without Elys's mod, you will not be able to read my quest dialogue. If you skip right through dialogue anyways, live on without Elys's mod.

2. Description
If you HATE the Dark Brotherhood, Kitty-Kitty House is not for you. However, Kitty-Kitty House is ideal for Dark Brotherhood members, alchemists, artists, and general roleplayers!

Kitty-Kitty House adds a beautiful 3-story cottage to Oblivion that is available to the Player Character after a branching quest, "What Must Be Done", and a "negligible" payment. Kitty-Kitty House is meant to supplement end-game content, so the quest is somewhat challenging (especially to navigate, not so much on combat) and the pricing is balanced with the other fully furnished housing options available in vanilla. The quest combines wonderfully with The Ultimate Heist quest.

After adding this mod, the first quest journal pop-up for What Must Be Done should appear in about 5 seconds. Follow the quest marker to meet the girls, Claudette and Kitty-Kitty, in their sewer home!

Complete their request then purchase the key and deed to Kitty-Kitty House! It is near Shadeleaf Copse, very near Skingrad. Map travel is available after your first visit! The area has a stunning view down the rolling hillscape and unaltered access to several Nirnroots. Enter your new home to discover a study, fireplace, kitchen, bedroom, painting area in the attic, several non-respawning containers, and decorations befitting of the typical Cyrodiilic adventurer.

This is my first mod, and I put a lot of love into my “virtual dollhouse” over about a month's time. Every bit of my mod is highly detailed and just a little bit silly. Your choices affect the dialogue of my NPCs and the outcome of the quest, hopefully providing a bit of replayability. I sincerely hope you enjoy Kitty-Kitty House as much as I do.

3. Installation
The current version is v2.
Add the KittyKittyHouse ESP file to your Data folder.
The Default is C:\Program Files\Bethesda Softworks\Oblivion\Data\
Mine is E:\Games\Steam\steamapps\common\Oblivion\Data

4. Latest Version Notes
v1 conflicted with Alternative Start Arrive by Ship by Robert Evrae and probably other mods that allow the player to skip the tutorial.
v2 corrects this by removing the tutorial's completion as the quest trigger. Now the first quest journal entry will pop up upon loading into the game with any character, new or old. 

To initiate the quest manually, type the following command into the console (accessed by default with the ~ key):
setstage nvd01 10
