Automatically collects ingredients from living plants.

Details
=======
- Auto-collects ingredients only from living plants which are not owned by any (except evil faction people).
- An item called "Garden Fork" will be added to the player's inventory. The auto-collecting script only runs while the player is equipping the fork.
- Only steals ingredients when "Garden Fork" is drawn. No-stealing when "Garden Fork" is sheathed.
