I've noticed that Bosmers assassins are underpowered compared to Argonian and Khajit. Beast tongue is rarely used, while water breathing (argonian) and night-eye(khajit) are extremely useful. In addition, Bosmer is the smallest of all the races, therefore have a penalty in speed with no compensation in any way. Combined with Bosmer's lower starting strength, I thought it was unfair.

These shortcomings encourages players to roll an Argonian or Khajit instead.

The solution: 
created a simple mod that gives Bosmer a permanent +10 to chameleon. Since Bosmer is small and agile, it is natural that they are harder to detect. 
Although not required, but I highly recommend Chameleon-NoRefraction in conjuncture with this mod for best result.
