A lens flare shader for Oblivion Reloaded

Permissions and credits
LENS FLARE
v0.9 release candidate

Just what it's called, it's a custom shader to add neat lens flares via Oblivion Reloaded.
Requires OR 3.4.2 or higher (though probably should run on the older versions after some minor file-renaming mumbo-jumbo)

Also an SM3.0-compatible GPU.

And - I truly recommend installing Atmospheres 4

Also replacing the sunglare would not hurt as the standard one may look once too blinding.

Unrar the DATA directory to your Oblivion's one, activate the ESP and follow the ReadMe to make it look nice. (nice?)

FAQ:
Q: Will it drop my FPS?
A: Don't be childish, every mod that adds anything, starting from a single triangle to some mesh, will cause a framerate drop.

Q: How much of a performance hit does it cause?
A: Now we are talking. The shader is somewhat heavy as it takes a few passes to get the result desired, most being somewhat branched. Also includes the radial blur. Yet the most modern GPUs will have no problems with it. A simple formula of success: if you used to run ENB or maxed-out Reloaded, you will suffer no noticable performance impact with this one.

Q: Would you implement...?
A: Most likely, not - at least any soon. Caught some corprus in a mall, a week at home - so had truly nothing to do.

Q: Mod incompatibility?
A: Nope.

Q: Can it kill my GPU?
A: Yes?

Q: It's crashing!
A: Try recompiling the shaders (see OR manual).

Q: It's not working!
A: Make sure the Oblivion Reloaded is installed and you've extracted all the files from this mod. Also, it's a custom effect as you can guess, so of course you have to enable those in OblivionReloaded.ini first.

Q: INI?
A: Do. Not. Mess. It. Up! You can - and probably will have to - change the values there, but no line-removal, command changing etc! Numbers only!

Oh, also just in case - it reuses the OR's blur kernel, though the same kernel can be found in many places across the web. Just for you to know.
