This mod adds a new small, gloomy dungeon lair for the wizardry type!

Thinking back on another mod I had been working on off and on for a year or so, I remembered My idea for a dark, gloomy wizard lair, something that fit perfectly within the game and would be perfect for a darker wizard player that wasn't over the top *cough* vile lair *cough* Wizard's Tower  *coughcoughcough* This is a combo of two mods, All that Remains(a never finished quest mod) and a follower/quest mod that I never released.

So, I reinstalled Oblivion and gave it a go! This is the fruit of that idea

The mod adds a new small dungeon for you to take for your own that is fully equipped for the wizardry type to call home, however...you're going to have to deal with the former inhabitants..

You see, a little over 200 years ago, the lair was a small blades hideout that was abandon for reason unknown, until that is the Altmer wizard Gwythyir ap Frwen'dil found the ruin hideout. Using both great magicks and his goblin slave Grishnákh, he cleared and mostly repaired the ancient ruin and turned it into his lair.

Fo a little over a year and a half, Gwythyir locked himself away in his lair, studying ancient forbidden magics and using his slave Grishnákh to hunt and raid for supplies. However, Gwythyir became suspicious and weary of his goblin thrall. Grishnákh had become more willful even with his enchanted bonds meant to keep him enslaved and began to show his hate for his master more and more.

When Grishnákh used offhandedly, a word only used by a local goblin tribe, the wizard knew that while out hunting, Grishnákh had come into contact with "wild" goblins. Fearing his slave's coming vengeance against him, he tried to kill Grishnákh, however Grishnákh was well aware that the altmer planned to kill him and had stolen a powerful frenzy spell scroll from his master and used it on himself so that he could bypass the powerful magic of his slave bonds and kill the wizard, which he did.

However, you(the player) find and enter the lair right after Grishnákh had killed Gwythyir and still under the effects of the frenzy spell, tries to kill you!

I've made Grishnákh powerful enough that he should be a tough fight at most levels. His min level is 10 and his max is 45, and he's always 2 levels ahead of the player.


The Lair can be found Fort Caractacus, there's a map maker so it should be easy to find and is meant to be found organically while exploring.

The mod has been cleaned and optimized for follower/NPC AI pathfinding

Install:


Just use NMM


Un-Install:


Simply uncheck esp in the data files in the launcher and then delete the esp in the data folder. Or just use NMM
