People of Nexus, I bring to you...Brewdal House! My newest house mod, however heads up. This house is a shit box. Yep, it's located in Bravil. Well, outside along the road but it's in the Bravil area. This fantastic, two story house features:

- One Bedroom [Second Floor]
- One Living Room/Dining Room [First floor]
- One Rec Room [Second Floor, outside of the Bedroom]
- Ugly, old tapestries
- Ugly, old furniture
- Slightly okay bed
- Dirty rugs
- Many safe containers to store stuff [Warning, hideous containers]
- Close by to the city! Without you needing to actually be inside!
- Outside is slightly pretty with a tree and stone statue!

Why live here you say if it's so crap and/or you hate Bravil? Well why not! Well actually, a bunch of reasons why not but if your character is poor and wants a nice cheap house, well then this is the place. How much does it cost? 10K, base price. Around 18k if you're a new character and don't haggle at all. I know, you could get that certain manor in that certain port city for half that price but: No liches involved! Contemplated adding a few bandits, decided against it. That being said, I can make the price cheaper if anyone wants it but for now it's the original price. Oh, almost forgot. It's purchased via a deed by Nilawen [Nilawyn?] of The Fair Deal.

- Drag the ESP into your Oblivion/Data folder then enable it in the Oblivion Launcher or VIA your preferred mod manager.
