Easy to install, this mod just use 1 ESP & 1 BSA file~
Only ONE ESP file !! Surprise :D ! not something like 30 ESPs for 30 voice actors :p

Hi-light :
- you can select up to 30 different soundsets & change it in-game as you see fit ! Using Misc Item given, the 'BSS Config' !
- use BSS Config to configure pc voices, also you can use this misc item to SEE SOUND PREVIEW for each actors ! in-game !
- can inject any NPCs / creatures / ghosts with 30 different soundset presets available ready to choose for, the injected reference not need to be your follower. So you can blast them right away with spell 'BSS Injector' one by one
- support ALL RACE even from the other mods that add new race ! also it is dual gender mode, means female can have male voice or vice versa for fun
- support Open Cities mod, also when you enter city or some small villages BSS will know that your are in settlement
- change original (Vanilla) Hit & Powerattack voice, can be toggled on/off using spell given from start
- this mod is performance friendly for sure, I did my best to make this compact
- actor can't talk when in underwater or silenced by magic

Each action have its own probability, this is based on original script about 70% similarity. I just compile & revise it to be working better also support companion.
player and reference that injected by BSS may saying (not always say) something when :
• power attacking
• health reduced by something
• sneak start
• combat start
• escape from combat
• after combat
• died / knocked out
• when idle in certain time
• completed a quest
• increased player days in prison
• increased player's largest bounty
• increased player days as vampire
• when player assault some nice NPC
• player steal something or stole horse
• player murder someone (neutral/nice NPC)
• player kill NPC or creature
• when time changed to night or day
• sheath or unsheath weapon
• equipping any enchanted stuff
• in dungeon
• in city
• or wilderness
• player wake up after sleep
• player found new location
• player read a normal book or skill book
• player found artifact and nirnroot
• player closed an Oblivion gate
• when player go up a rank in guild
• Fighter / Mage / Brotherhood / Thief / Nine Divines / Court of Madness
• combat battle cry
• wounded (hp < 35%)
• when player encumbered
BSS intended for users that play using several race or gender with voice acting feature, IMO Vanilla is just dead boring & creepy perfect silent ... Try this! Hope you enjoy more of adventuring in Oblivion world with some interactive dialog~
Don't run this mod with any PCSoundSet series !! BSS already contain all of that!
This mod not working/compatible with your setup? Please extract that big file BSA manually to Oblivion Data folder, you can use OBMM for extract >> learn more.

- utilize all unused 441 dialog records to BSS
as per 31 May 2016 sound that already in used is exaclty 78,12% with total 1.374 of 1.815 records - means there is 441 dialog records that still not used in BSS, but already registered in ESP.
- use all constants in GetPCMiscStat for more rich dialogs gameplay

BSA v9 repacked and optimized using Ordenador and BSA commander
v8 - renamed all mp3 files to match version 4.0 ESP record data, improved lip movement
