Liramei's House is a five-room player home waiting to store your valuables (or your junk) in security and comfort. There is a foyer with stairs leading to the second-floor landing. The first floor holds the kitchen and the chapel, and the second floor holds your study and your bedroom. Outside you will find a small garden and a bench where you may sit and enjoy the sunsets.

The house is furnished with a degree of wealth, but avoids ostentation. There are numerous containers throughout the house where you may safely store your treasured items. Custom arrangements of flowers adorn almost every room. Enjoy spacious rooms which include two altars to heal yourself with, benches to sit and contemplate the Divines, a fully-stocked kitchen, a side table in the foyer where you may store letters and documents, a study where you may read your books by the fire, sip your wine and perform any and all alchemical tasks, a bedroom where you may admire your painted works and store all your armor and clothing (perhaps even your weapons) and sleep in modest comfort. There is even a table for two in the bedroom where you may sit and indulge a guest of your choosing with brandy and berries. (Guest not included.)

Technical babble:
Requires Oblivion.esm (duh) as well as the Shivering Isles expansion. I have cleaned this mod to the best of my ability; if you find any mistakes or experience mishaps, please let me know!
Conflicts: Anything that places another building in the spot I placed Liramei's House, I suppose! Otherwise you should be perfectly fine.

How to reach your new home:
Travel to the Waterfront district of the Imperial City (conveniently located in the heart of the empire on scenic Lake Rumare), turn left and walk under the stone archway. Follow the path that leads to the left, and you will soon see your beautiful new home.

I hope you find great pleasure in your new home.
