YAGPF - Yet Another Greater Power Fix

As you are no doubt aware, the so-called "Greater" Powers become essentially useless at low TimeScales.
I typically use a TimeScale of 6, which means I could normally only cast a Power once every 4 hours realtime. Awesome!
I used Cobl Exhaustion for a while, but wasn't particularly keen on it, so I made my own simple "fix".
Features

YAGPF simply recalculates the timers so that Powers "recharge" at the Vanilla rate, regardless of the actual TimeScale.
It works with any Power from any mod.
It handles dynamic changes to TimeScale.
It is independent of Oblivion.esm so should work with total conversions etc.
It also provides a Lesser Power which displays the list of , if any, Greater Powers that have been cast and the time until they reset. You will be given this spell when the mod is first loaded.
