I made this tiny dds file for Oblivion Reloaded.

Current OR(3.1.2)'s Camera does not support crosshair at all.

It's annoying when you pick up something because you can not know it's stealing or not.

install this one and turn on 3rd Person crosshair in DarNified UI setting.

Installation:

place hud_reticle.dds in Data\Textures\Menus\Misc\ ( you may need to create folders.)

There are various crosshair dds files.
choose whatever you want and put as Data\Textures\Menus\Misc\hud_reticle.dds 

1x1 Yellow crosshair is good choice for ranged attack.
