Oblivion Texture Overhaul Sewers is a new project with high quality hand made textures.
This completely remakes oblivions sewers with lore friendly textures,
Now this is something different from what you've seen before.
Instead of using different pictures to make a texture, I hand made the old textures to new.
This gives the same design as before but better textures as in high tech games.
I also made uncompressed normals that makes everything artifact free, (how it's supposed to look).
The uncompressed normals takes as much performance as the compressed ones (win win).
The concept is the same but renewed with different techs as:

Ambient occlusion
Tessellation ish textures
Sharp textures hand made
4K/2K/1K diffuses/textures
2K/1K/512px uncompressed normals
