ABOUT PROJECT AMBIENCE:
These city-specific mods are just proofs of concept for testing and ideas (and should be treated as such) I will hopefully add to the actual P.A. (tweaked and improved). The
actual mod will contain (for its urban part) many fx per city as
appriopriate (no snow in Cheydinal for instance, no dust clouds in
Bruma, etc).
They are very rough and de facto incomplete. But I thought I'd release them anyway.

Official Thread: here

DESCRIPTION:

Now things get interesting.
In this mod I tried some different new things and the fx are actually calibrated for a change.
I particularly like the Windy Grass FX (got inspiration from Skyrim's pine needles fx).
Also tried single-object fx, directional, adirectional, inverse spawn points, high spawn points, hidden ones, etc.

DISCLAIMER: The dirt doesn't actually FALL from the sky, in fact no object in this mod falls like a leaf.
They have different motions depending on position/weight etc.

What this does: It adds some rubbish flying around to the diseased, swampy, filthy, skooma-ridden "city" calling itself Bravil.
I mainly covered the northern side of town, because frankly, nobody cares about the other shore.
FX include:
-mucous-like pollen

-black burnt thingies
-newspapers
-pieces of fabric
-piece of paper
-a used handkerchief
-grass
-maybe some others

I used Vaper's resources and the same folder structure to Cara's Falling Leaves which is one of my favourite mods from way back when.

In fact this Project is sort of a continuation and further implementation of their idea.

Why only leaves? Why not snow? But what about dust particles fx, pollen, or good old regular dust from fires?

If tweaked in the right manner, the possibilities are many.

Try it out. Screenshots suck but I finally managed to add a vid in 1080p
