makes it so that all npcs and creatures level with you up to the maximum level of 65535 which isnt possible for a player to reach "yet" ;)
makes the game more interesting and challenging because all the npcs will get stronger as you do!
you can use the command ~ player.setav "attribute or skill " 1 to start your skill leveling all over so you can level over 5000!
Not compatible with uncappers that alter the npcs im pretty sure they will conflict.
