A bat file that when entered, makes all stats and skills 100.
Installation
Just drag and drop into the oblivion directory located at:
F:\Steam\steamapps\common\Oblivion. This may be different for you, If it is there are plenty of guides on the internet to help you locate it.
Use
When in game open the console and type:
(bat maxstats.bat) TYPE WITHOUT THE BRACKETS. then press enter to confirm and you’re done!
