It is a little part from my game conversion, i decided to upload it separately for all TES4 fans.

Mod brings random generated light in Market District. Generator will restart after cell respawn, so you always have a fresh look of lights.
Generator makes model of window, light colour and radius.

P.S. When you get to district at first time at night- all lights will be the same. You need to go tavern, put pcb to console, go back, or visit location after some days pass.
