Kranky is a goblin with a thrist for civilized culture and adventure. He will accompanny grumbling away but doing as he's asked. He has several commands (See Screenshots) and can either use equipment you give him or store it in his Holdings. He hangs around the Imperial City Market District (although this cell is not modified so its clean and compatible with any mod that does change the market).
