Has an NPC got you trapped in a corner because they're stupidly trying to walk into the space you're standing on and you can't get past them? NPC standing in front of a doorway and you can't get through? Cast this spell at them and, well... just imagine yourself shouting Fus Ro Dah while you cast it.
Added to your spellbook automatically as a lesser power. Zero magicka cost and does not count as hostile (no bounty, no combat). Intended use is just for shoving aside stupid NPCs who won't get out of your way, though obviously you could misuse it during combat, so I'm sticking it under the cheats section.
