UPDATE: fixed a mistake i made where i named the power representing the chemical Dexter uses to knock people out with M22 instead of M99.

The dark passenger race is an Imperial that was driven dark by traumatic events in their childhood. They have a need to kill and have become good at doing it and not getting caught. They have the same body, voice, and head as imperials, but with modified attributes and skill increases and 2 Dexter themed powers . I will also include a save with the most similar looking face to Dexters that i could make as an optional file. Any critique/ advice would be appreciated.

just tried it out apparently it is  compatible with OCO v2 but, with the savegame, because OCO v2 uses the actual texture instead of just the vanilla texture, and the head is from the trial version of facegen, it shows grey and some words instead of the vanilla textures like it did before
