My first CM Partner! He was waiting for a long time to be published!
To find Willard, go to the Inn of Ill Omen.
Of all my companions, Willard always is the most stable. I hope he will be as loyal to you, as he is to me.
He comes with very special clothes, body and body-texture, and eyes (faint, green glow in the dark, but dark in light).
The body is just a cloth. It is a upper body with dogtags. All clothes can be undressed and are not lore friendly.
He is able to heal you, if you ask him nicely :)
Willard is in no way a perfect copy of the actor Martin Sheen. I never tried too hard to do that. He is just my vision of a handsome man, who resembles Sheen :)

Esp to use the face data as the player. Easy to use! Nothing else needed, it is only the face!

Ears:
There is a problem with his ears, so he comes with his own ears and those are not the best at close look.
Normal ears would work properly, but they are too "flat" for this specific char. It would look very odd.
Anything that does equip to the tail-slot, will "steal" his ears!

Other Important things to know:
This CM Partner has his own race. That was necessary.
He is based on Breton, so he uses Breton voice (audiobook reader/voice of "Heart Of Darkness" that is, and "Apocalypse Now" is based on that book. What a coincidence!) and is quite short. He is using a vanilla head-mesh.
Don't forget to give him a weapon of your choice. He comes unarmed!
