This modification increases your encumbrance by millions, thereby rendering the encumbrance system useless.

DESCRIPTION
This modification increases your encumbrance by millions, thereby rendering the encumbrance system useless.
If you don't understand what this means, here's the another way of saying this: The little numbers at the bottom of your journal whilst browsing your item tab shows how much you can carry. If you succeed in filling your inventory to the rim, you will cease to move immediately and you are incapable of moving henceforth, until you, as they say, "loose some baggage". With this modification, there are no more restrictions, as the encumbrance limit is incredibly high. In other words, you may carry as much as you wish without having to stash your items.
Now that we've got that out of the way, here's what this is, a simple ".esp". Nothing more.
So there really isn't any valid reason to worry about file size or the like. Please enjoy.
REQUIREMENTS
There are none.
CONFLICTS
If another modification alters the encumbrance limit of the PC alongside this one, problems might occur. As I have not tested nor seen every modification out there, I cannot say what would happen, but I digress. I highly doubt there are more than a minuscule amount of modifications that have the same exact purpose as the one beforehand. There won't be any problems with other modifications except with the before mentioned few. To be honest, I haven't seen any mod that alters the encumbrance limit, although I have heard it is possible to alter it with a certain mod manager... Forget I said anything... ;)

INSTALLATION
──── Manual ────
Put the ".esp" file into the data folder.
Here's where mine is located: C:\Games\Bethesda Softworks\Oblivion\Data
Then use the launcher to activate the esp file.
──── Nexus Mod Manager / NMM ────
Just go to the files tab, press on the green "Download with Manager" button.
Then go to the manager and double click the mod to install it.
Archive Invalidation isn't needed, but recommended, as it's incredibly useful for other mods.
PERMISSION
Do as you wish.
