When you cast your "Clone Me" spell, added when you load\start new game, you'll see your copy doing nothing. You may leave her\him be, but I recommend talk to her\him.
After you realize what is BHD, load it and enjoy new merchant of yours.
He\She will sell random ingridients, books and arrows. Stock updates everyday.

Known Bugs:
Clone may behave strangely if your TimeScale is big (1 game hour is less than 30 real-time seconds)
Clone may NOT finish to eat.

Compatibility:
Should be compatible with everything that not changes TimeScale.
Mod itself aren't changing TimeScale, but Clone uses in-game time to manage behaviour like other NPC do.
So if you play with fastened game-time, clone's workability isn't guaranteed.
