This is a memory purging mod (Cell buffers and VRAM). The mod will purge game memory of unused resources periodically. Purging memory periodically can help to reduce crahses-to-desktop (CTD's) by maintaining a cleaner memory system. Results vary, but it will help more the more heavily modded your game is. Purging is triggered based on cell changes, not a timer. The number of cell changes before a purge can be configured. The mod also features a loadscreen, sleep and wait purging system. Everything is optional. You don't have to purge anything if you don't want to.
The mod also features an optional auto-save system. The mod will save the game for you at a time you set.
Also integrated is a simple, opptional clipping system. Distant objects beyond a point you set will no longer render, increasing performance.
Finally, there is an alarm to track how long you've been playing Oblivion. A pop-up will appear at a time you set telling you how long you have been playing.

Incompatibilities:

Although technically not incompatible, I wouldn't recommend running another mod that automatically purges cell buffers alongside this mod.
I also wouldn't recommend an auto-save mod to be run alongside this one, unless you disable that feature first.
