Description and notes
This mod was never meant to be release as it was an test mod for my crafting scripts and other things.
As well as a home mod for me when I was testing and or playing the game.
Have remove all of the crafting scripts and cooking scripts but have add them to an addon for the
new home mod it will link to my crafting esm Mod and will be release when I finish it some time before the Witcher 3 comes out.
The one thing I have left in is the New Sigil Stones I have tested.
They will start to drop when player is at an level 20 they have four effects on them
two are for armour and two for weapons, as you's know Oblivion does not let you place two
effects on an pieces of armour. These Invigorate Sigil Stones will Paralyze and
resist normal weapons are two of the effect you as a player can place on an weapon or armour.
The home is fully path grid and follower friendly as when I testing or just playing My three girls and Vilja is also taging along,
I have design the home for the four girls as well, have been playing with it for more then 4 to 5 years so it has been tested quite well as not
a day goes by where I'am not, either play testing some mod or designing in the editor for the last 8 to 9 years not count other games. I don't work any more now so I tend to spend at lot of time with the editor evey day.
Health related issue's.
All though I will be taking time off soon, You's will fine me in and around Novigrad stop by at one of the travens and have a beer or two, I'll be looking for my Daughter Ciri.
Now on to the important stuff.
If you ask about rumors you will be told about One "Elven Gardens Lake Estate" which is going for sale you will be told where to go to buy it.
It wiil cost you gold how much play and fine out, about twice as much as the shack in water front.

Installing: Just copy the NewHome.bsa and the NewHome.esp, and paste them into your Oblivion Data folder where you install the game,
EG: C:\Program Files\Bethesda Softworks\Oblivion\Data
Uninstall
Delete the files NewHome.esp and NewHome.bsa from your Oblivion Data folder.
Requirements:

Oblivion Patch v1.2.0.214
Should work without the Shivering Isles, but with the latest patch install.

Elys' Universal Silent Voice (It will run without it but be hard to read that fast)
