Adds a House Boat style home to the lower Niben near Water's Edge.

The Topal Vessel
This is Lucky Lewis' ORE Water Homes Challenge entry. It adds a
Houseboat styled floating home to the game world on the lower
Niben River.This mod was hosted on the ORE website for a very
long time. The original author gave blanket permission to do
whatever with the mod if there was no response within 2 months.
I made several attempts at contact in July and August 2012, and
still have the emails for backup. Now that ORE no longer exists,
there is no known way to make contact and this may be the only
surviving copy of the mod. I thought it would be a shame for this
to waste away on my hard drive so have uploaded for all to enjoy.
If Lucky Lewis should return at any point in the future and object
to this file being uploaded here, I will remove it with no questions
asked.
Changes I made from the original mod: Removal of the mage guild
portal that linked to Leyawiin. This was done for compatibility sake.
Adjusted path grids around the vessel. Adjusted the wood fence
railings to fit better. Lowered two of the statues so they were
not floating. Added an access ladder on the other side. And gave
the file a good cleaning with TES4Edit. It shouldn't have any issues
but leave a comment if you find anything that requires attention.

===============================
The Topal Vessel is a somewhat large lower class vessel found in
the Lower Niben near the town of Water's Edge. The Ship is yours.
It includes wonderful features such as a unique bathing pool that
uses the natural Niben water. Also has an exterior bedroom, a
training room, and display room.
The mod only uses Vanilla objects, but I have tried to use them in a
unique, creative way that hopefully no one else has done before.
There are 2 ways to get to the Topal Vessel.
1. Simply swim from Water's Edge. There are ladders provided for you.
2. Fast Travel. The map marker is visible by default.

Oblivion patched to 1.2.0416
Install
========
1. Extract to your Oblivion Data folder either manually or using the mod
manager of your choice.
2. Set load order.
3. Play and enjoy!
Load Order
=============
Suggest using BOSS to set load order. This file is already recognized.
Compatibility
=================
May conflict with other mods and patches which edit the same game cells.
No known issues at this time.
