This fixes the flickering in the reflections under the Talos Bridge.

It does make the _far meshes for the bridge much more detailed and thus will effect FPS (however, I personally haven't noticed a difference and it will be minimal).

Extract the .rar file and place the three meshes:

icbridge01_far.nif
icbridge02_far.nif
icbridgecap01_far.nif

into your '....\Data\Meshes\Architecture\ImperialCity' folder (.... being where ever you installed Oblivion). If asked if you want to replace the meshes already there answer 'yes' (may want to make a backup before installing, just in case you don't like the fix).

Run TES4LODGEN (very important, you won't see any difference if you don't).
