well,it annoyed me to spend so much Money for the vanilla shack.therefore i made this mod  to have a lorefriendly starterhome for
no Gold at all.

just alittle shack on the lakeshore in waterfront district.
one room with fireplace(can be switched on\off)
playerchest,playerbed,bed for companion,thats all

-all meshes  textures vanilla

Installation:
1.simply use modmanager

2.Manual:Install simply extract "waterfonthouse.zip" into your oblivion\Data directory, and the files will go into the necessary folders
  then in the oblivion startup menu go into Data Files and check the box for this mod.
  (easiest way is to copy this rar into "\bethesda softworks\oblivion\Data" and right click > extract here)

Uninstallation:remove all files from data folder
 load and save your game
  
#there are no known bugs or incompabilities to other mods.
