I see a farmer diligently tilling his field. I wonder if he would permit me to harvest his crops?

There are several farms in vanilla Oblivion, and modders have added more. My alchemist character would really, really like to harvest all those crops instead of searching through inns for ingredients. It just doesn't seem right, though, to stroll up to a farmer and harvest all his crops leaving him diligently tilling the bare soil.
This is a very small mod that simply adds a farmer faction and dialogue to go with the faction, allowing you to pay the farmer for the privilege of harvesting the crops. It automatically adds three people to the faction (Maeva the Buxom, Shagol gro Bumph, and Valus Odiil); they have special dialogue because they are involved with quests.
Since there is no telling how many other farmers there may be in your particular modded Oblivion, I have not attempted to add anyone else to the faction. Instead, the player receives a spell to toggle NPCs in or out of the faction. You would want to toggle some people out, like Martin for instance, if you accidentally added them and started getting inappropriate dialogue for the NPC.
Once you've added a farmer, just talk to them to get permission to harvest their crops.
This mod does *nothing* else but to add dialogue to improve the role-playing. If a mod has added crops that are owned by an NPC, ownership is unchanged and it is still stealing to harvest them, even if you got "permission" from this mod.
