This is the second outfit Lucy wore since the show started
It came up as a byproduct of a larger mod, one mesh led to the other and so on... this popped out

- Requirements: HGEC, Universal Skeleton
- Installation: The usual - Extract to data, activate esp, play
- Location: Sold at Divine Elegance, Imperial City. Named "Celestial Mage outfit"
- Uninstall: Delete files
- Issues: That goddamn clipping!!!! *sigh* again, I tried...
