After much consideration, I have decided that Silent Resident has done such a wonderful job with his ImpeREAL City project (http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=19589) that it would be a shame to attempt to redo so much wonderful work for what is essentially a minor change in focus.
I plan to provide all the models that I have created for the abortive restart of this mod to the community as modder's resources.
I then may consider other projects, such as creating Imperial city outskirts filling the Imperial Isle or some-such.

Invigorated Imperial City is an expansion on the Imperial City which came with the game.

One of the Most common complaints about The Imperial City is that it is small, deserted, and dead.
Well, I'm not going to work on the Small aspect, as DCProject is already working on that one, but I can definitely work on the deserted and dead problems.

The Work So Far

The All-encompassing graveyard around the Imperial Palace has been greatly reduced and cleaned up. Green Emperor Way now consists primarily of government office buildings (Still Unoccupied as of 0.085), with a small military cemetary and 5 mausoleums for the Nobility of the Imperial City.

The Market District now contains many apartments as well as assorted businesses. There are now 24 merchants who peddle their wares outside under the pavilions. -Zarkis-'s Bank of Cyrodiil has been merged and adapted to fit. There are also two building commisions which have been added (Still Unoccupied as of 0.085). And hidden in a back alley you can find the offices of Imperial Express Shipping (Unfinished).

The Work Still To Be Done (And It's Alot, as of 0.085)

-Finish Bank Offices and Manager
-Finish Imperial Express Shipping,
-Create Interiors and NPCs for the two Building Commisions.
-Create Interiors and NPCs for the Governmental Offices in the ICPalace
-Create Interiors and NPCs for the Provincial Delegations

Not Yet Begun

-Arena District (Slums, perhaps?)
-Elven Gardens (Mostly Apartments)
-Talos District (Some Apartments)
-Temple District (Scared To Touch, for fear of breaking MQ)
-Arboretum (Still Looking for Ideas. Temple of the Ancestor Moth? And a Library?)

Mod Conflicts
This Mod WILL conflict with -Zarkis- Bank of Cyrodiil, due to it having been merged. Although the scripts and functions are the same, the locations are vastly different.
