Description
===========

Solve a fairytale-like mini-quest, you'll get an adorable manor-style Leyawiin, with some surprises helpful to your character.

When you arrive in the city of Leyawiin head to the church, and the tomb of Lord Leyawiin in the area of the cemetery...
Open the tomb and you will get many useful items beloging to the late Lord, including the key to his Gorgeous Manor.

Then you have to go in the area south of the city (after the Mages Guild) and you'll find your new manor...Enjoy!!!

The Leyawiin Player House is lore-friendly and furnished in Leyawiin style. Apart from the main cell with mainhall, master bed suite, attic and basement. The mod also includes some display-cases and non-respawning containers (many surprises for you).

1.1: Adds more chambers, for you and your companions, new armor and weapons typology and a secret room.

1.0: First version release. Only standard apartment available.


Install
=======
After installing the required mods, extract "files" to the game's Data folder.
Make sure to enable it in the Launcher or OBMM.

Or...Just copy the files to your Oblivion/Data folder with the rest of your .esp files
and put a check next to the esp from the Oblivion Launchers "Data Files" option.


Uninstallation:
===============
Delete the all files from the game's data folder;
