Description

Balthazar is a riding Buck, that can be ridden by the player character or by any of their companions.
Location

He can be found grazing around the Shrine of Julianos just outside the western side of the Imperial City.

This mod came about as the result of my following a tutorial on the Oblivion CS Wiki just after watching the Hobbit. After making the riding Lion I thought "How hard could it be to make a buck?" ;)
