Riakh'ir, your new companion, can be found in the Imperial City Market District at the Intersection in the middle of the district. He wears a full set of Elven Armor, and carries an Enchanted Ebony Sword.

--INSTALLATION--
This will be quite the long, and possibly most difficult mod installation you've ever come across, so beware!
1) Make sure CSR is installed.
2) Move the esp file "riakhir" to your Oblivion Data folder.
3) Open Oblivion.
4) Check "riakhir.esp".
5) Play.
Now I know that was a long, difficult, and torturous journey to the end of the installation, but I promise you this, the mod is mildly entertaining and somewhat has an impact on the gameplay! You just can't bring him onto the plane of Oblivion because as of now he can't get out if you take the sigil stone! YAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY :D
