After using Tamrielic Lore by Ferretmyster I found there was not much need for my mod that plugs in Chrysamere. So I did so research and found about the Adamantium Helm of Tohan. It seems to be a much over look artifact on the Oblivion nexus so it seem to the the perfect thing to bring over. Then I came across the wonderful skyrim mod Adamantium Helm of Tohan - A Morrowind Artifact by PrivateEye. PrivateEye was kind enough to let me port it over to be used is Oblivion. So here is it and it places the helm in Fort Doublecross.

* the mod is not to be used with my mod The Paladins Claymore Chrysamere by ElderScrollsfan001 as it use the same location*

Also this mod has been clean with TES5Edit so hopefully there will be no issues
