Adds Cloud from Final Fantasy VII to the game. He is in The Merchants Inn, in the IC Market district.

THIS MOD ABSOLUTELY REQUIRES THESE 2 MODS TO WORK:
For his outfit: Maddogs Fantasy Mod
For his hair: FFVII Clouds Haircut
Without these, he will just be a floating, bald, head.

And, as I'm sure you know, he will super mega not work without CM Partners Mod Basic
Also, I used Oblivion Character Overhaul version 2 in the screenshots, though it's not required. However, I do either way highly recommend OCOv2, as it is an excellent mod.
