About this mod
Tired of being overburdened? Remember Morrowind--you could go against the Dark Brotherhood at level 6, drink Flin in order to defeat the boss, then drink Sujamma to gather up armor and transport out of there. There was no thought of going back and forth several times to grab loot.
I changed a few settings to give more of

Simple mods for Oblivion to combat being overburdened all the time.
(1) Better Feather.esp(2) Better Feather plus Merchants.esp
Use one or the other, but not both. Better Feather.esp improves feather spells. This is one step to balance the game more. It helps if Alteration is a major skill.

In a nod to Morrowind beverages, Surlie Brothers and Tamika classic wine vintage years of 415 and 399 give only a positive boost, including fortify strength:

Skooma fortifies Strength and Speed 60, but the duration has been extended from 20 seconds to 180 seconds. This seems a lot, but you'll need skooma to get loot out of Sundercliff Watch in less than a week (Mehrune's Razor).
Players who are journeyman or better at Alchemy can drink up to 5 potions at once (original value was 4). [iMagicMaxPotionsJourneyman 5] (+Expert 5 +Master 5)
I didn't like the way everything dragged when running around with a weapon drawn, so changed this to matched weapon sheathed value. [fMoveEncumEffect 0.3]
Installation: Place .esp (only one of them) into your data directory, and activate it before you play Oblivion.

The same as Better Feather.esp, except with additional modified barter gold for select merchants in Oblivion. See Readme.
