I like cold colors.
I have ENB releases for FO3. NV, and Skyrim.
This kinda completes the set.
All my enb's try to go for the same look.

stonger lens effects
improved sun effects
adjusted ambient lighting
less annoying adaptation
and adjusted pallet texture settings to compentate
