Hud hud_reticle x6 and centre PaiThan v1 OMOD

<br />For people who want so see a clearer reticle.
<br />The original hud_reticle I have copied x6. And put all in the same layer so that the reticle becomes more clear in game.
<br />After that I removed the centre for centre/ sniper aim.
<br />Now You can see a bit trough the circle. Before i cleared it was closed.

<br />It replaces the original hud_reticle .dds
