Easier flora harvest chances by HalloweenWeed

This mod simply makes the harvest chance for all flora in Oblivion 50% less likely to fail; i.e. 80% becomes 90%, 50% becomes 75%, 33% becomes 67%, etc. It should make hunting for that elusive cairn bolete cap & wisp stalks less troublesome. As far as I can tell, this only mods the chances of harvesting vanilla Oblivion "flora", i.e. NO (SI) plugin flora is affected.

Thus mod is actually just a modification of HolyJoe09's mod, Thanx HolyJoe09 @ filefront - however all his work is overwritten by mine so it is basically an entirely new mod - none of his mod is contained here.
Please don't ask me to fix anything, because this is my first mod and I don't know how to do that. It works for my heavily modded Oblivion setup, with SI and knights9, and *should* be compatible with most other mods & plugins - as long as you load it early in the load order. I give no promise of compatibility to you; use at your own risk - but please let me know if you benefitted from this.

I made this mod because I didn't like all the harvest failures (I am inherently unlucky at games, even non-computer), and I didn't want to go all the way with a 100% chance on all ingredients, but right in-between, better but still somewhat as Bethesda intended; instead of a full-on 'harvest cheat.' Now you can still get harvest failures, just half as much failures as before.

Not tested (yet) with the Steam version. Let me know if it works with Steam please.

Installation: It is a simple .esp file, you can just put it in the game's \data folder and add the file to the load list. Or you can put the full zip file in Wyre Bash's \Oblivion Mods\Bash Installers directory and install W/Wyre Bash installers tab. In both cases, I think the load order should be early, before any other flora mods. Other than that, you are on your own, good luck.
