Small but tidy house on the shore of Lake Rumare, right on the Red Ring Road. Centrally located close to Imperial City. If you like taverns, the Wawnet Inn and Aleswell are walking distance.
All vanilla middle-class furniture. Total of 25 safe containers and one respawning trash bin. Fully pathgridded. Sleeps three (two in the upstairs bedroom and one in the spare room in the basement.)
Look for the map marker "Placid Point" just west of Imperial City.
This mod was cleaned with TES4Edit and has no known incompatibilities.
