About this mod
Total redecoration of the Arborwatch player home in Chorrol. Adds fireplaces, a basement, better decor, lots of storage, and more.
- Permissions and credits
The house interior is a brand-new cell; the original Arborwatch interior cell has been left intact in case you want to remove the mod without causing any damage to the original.
House features:
-Total of 30 safe containers and one respawning trash bin
-Basement with storage room and fighter practice area, including training dummy, archery target, etc.
-Fireplaces in living room and master suite
-All upper-class furniture/clutter now except for a couple of middle-class urns (and of course the stuff in the basement)
-Two tasteful display cases
-Arborwatch Rooms area now has one bedroom with two beds, and the other room is now a magic lab with alchemy apparatus and enchanting/spellmaking stations
-The study is now in the master suite because I thought it looked weird next to the dining table
-Fully pathgridded, sleeps four
This mod uses resources from Meo's Modular Fireplaces and Dwight Darkmoon's Upper Class Wine Racks. I have included the necessary meshes/textures in the .bsa so you don't have to go digging around, but if you'd like to check out their excellent work:

This mod has no known conflicts and was cleaned with TES4Edit.
HOW TO INSTALL: drop the .esp and .bsa files directly into your Oblivion\Data folder. Start the game, check the box to load this mod, and you're done.

Note: because this mod creates a new replacement cell for Arborwatch, any other mods meant to modify the original house will have no effect on this one. No COBL Luggage, etc.
