A short quest, that focuses on hand to hand combat.

This adds a quest, where you enter a short competition, in which only hands (and/or feet) can be uset to fight with.
Along the coast, east of Anvil you will find the NPC, who can tell you more...
This is my first quest-mod, comments and advises are welcome.
I have tested the mod just a few times, but it should work fine.
Reqirements:
-Oblivion.esm
-DLCShiveringIsles.esp
-OBMM (recommended: set load order to last)
Update:
I changed some values and modified the final encounter, to make it a bit more balanced.
