Adds a house boat to the Docks in Anvil. There is a quest to gain control of this Boat. It involves a bit of detective work (don't worry the quest holds your hand through it) and is a fairly easy fight. (The guy is scaled to be your level and is badly armed, you shouldn't lose this.)

Quest:

To start this quest;
1. Have a fame higher than 1
2. Be in the market district in the Imperial City during the day.

The boat will act as a HQ for you and comes with the follwing features:

A cabin:

Your sheltered spot from the world - Includes a bed, a restocking larder of food and drink, some books, and an office.

Shop:

The boat is also a shop selling arcane wares and training services to the people of Tamriel. Your share of the proceeds will be put in your takings bag and item chest in the cabin. Scaled to level with you, they will provide a small bonus income, and a couple of items. Most items will be useless vender fodder but you might hit lucky. (Potential to provide top level enchanted armours).

The Crew Deck:

My favourate feature of this mod, is the ability to add a crew to your boat. The crew is recruited as part of a quest.

You will be able to add;

A first mate
- who will run the business for you

A Mage
- Purveyor of arcane goods (scolls, soul gems, alchemy apparatus and some reagents)

A Smith
- Will repair your items and armour for a price, as well as selling a selection of levelled armour.

(Yes, you pay too, but remember you will be getting a share of the weekly profits so you shouldn't mind too much)

The crew deck also contains alters for enchanting and spell making.

The Hold:

The hold will have a recruitable security guard who is lazy and sleeps pretty much 24/7. (a feature for all you hungry creatures of the night.)
He also acts as a fence and sells lock picks while he is awake (usually when he is eating.)

The crew can train you in Alchemy, Armouring and Stealth (speak to the obvious person for each one)

Storage space:
A storage room for all your ugly bulky keepables, and a few shelves for your not so uglies.

Install:

From scratch;
Install as you would any other mod.

If you have v1.0;
Copy the new v1.0.esp file into your data file and replace. There is no need to transfer any sound, texture or mesh files as long as you haven't uninstalled v1.0

Issues with the dialogue in this mod have been fixed.
