Story:

Nearly forty years ago Emperor Uriel Septim demanded that the empires navy needed to update their fleet.
At the time this was necessary because cyrodill was becoming increasingly prone to attacks from sea faring enemys, such as Piriates.
this was a growing issue.
It was such an issue that Anvil & Leyawiin were attacked on a regular basis, this was a major embarassment for the young Emperor.
Uriel then sent orders to construct a dozen barges in the waterfront district, wich brought revenue to the area and securied the citizens faith in
the young Emperor.
These barges were equiped eight large cannons, manned by 10 solders, and were sent to secure Anvil, Leyawiin & the Gold coast.
The plan was a major success, and the barges remained in operation for nearly twienty years!

Later all but one of these barges were deemed ussless, and scrapped for their wood & iron.
But the one barge that was not scrapped was purchassed from the empire by a Woodelf entrepreneur, named Marlito who
had hopes to turn the barge into Bar/resturaunt, Untill he became addicted to Skooma and manufactured it as well.
The last decade of Marlito's life was a confusing Skooma soaked daze that led to his death.

But now the Barge is in need of a new owner, someone who wants to live away from land and bounty!
